I was waiting for a few minutes for my therapist to come to the front desk but after that she was lovely and welcoming, offering to hang up my coat and get me a drink. The facial itself was very relaxing and smelt and felt great. However, noise does travel and the music sometimes couldn’t mask it from outside the room. Overall I would definitely go again and it fits the price well.

Tyler was amazing, such a lovely lady. The wax was very painful as i hadn’t had one in ages, but she tried her hardest to ease the pain.

The massage was great. I was there 10 mins before booking time but the treatment started 10 minutes late (16:15 instead of 16:05) and ended at the time expected (16:35). My massage was just 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes that I paid for.
