Arrived at just before 5PM for my appointment and was seated in the waiting area and was not seen until 5:20 was Seen by a different therapist to the one I had orginally booked in with and my because of this appointment was not at the time I had booked. I was the ladies last appointment of the day and felt my lashes had been slightly rushed owner also popped in a few times and had a chat with the beautician without speaking to me. Lashes were of a good quality but some were stuck to my eyelid
