As a first timer, I was nervous and excited. I was greeted by a lovely lady behind the desk. The salon appeared clean and tidy.
I booked for Classic Eyelash Ext. and asked for a natural finish. When I lay down on the bed Ellie started putting tape on my bottom lashes. I was surprised as I naively expected an explanation and reassurance. I felt uncomfortable especially as another beautician kept coming in and out of the room. The day after, there was a lot of fallout. Very disappointed.Waste of £

I have been here before and received good treatments, however, this time I booked 1 hour pedicure with gel polish which actually lasted less than 30minutes and although gel polish was applied decently, the sides started to peel on the 3rd day. No cuticle work at all. I would not do pedicure here again but maybe other treatments.
