The salon is absolutely beautiful, and has such a calming feel to it.
I was greeted and shown to a sofa to wait for my appointment, as I was a little early.
Natalia offered me a hot drink before my treatment. She talked me through every step as I had never had BIAB before. Natalia was so kind and my nails are so beautiful. I also spoke with Claire about some of the courses that she offers. She was really informative and answered all of my questions.
It was so lovely and I can't wait to go back.
