I didn’t get all elements of the eyebrow treatment I had paid for, and the eyelash dye left my eyes stinging and bloodshot. I didn’t feel prioritised at the time. I rang the following day and was offered an appointment to complete the full aspire brow treatment but I would have expected a good will gesture too.
