Lovely modern clinic. Atmosphere was lacking due to attitudes of some staff (young and bitchy). My usual eye waxing lady left. I let two other staff try the first ruined my eyebrows my thinning too much. I hadn’t really noticed until the redness went down as it was more painful than usual. Second Lady, grace tried to correct the first’s mistake as best she could. But I am unlikely to return due to feeling uncomfortable with the way staff talk to each other and about clients in the salon.
