Good and efficient with lash lift. Was greeted when I came and taken straight to the room quickly which was nice because I didn’t have to wait. I changed my time to earlier and they were really accommodating with this. Will go back again

The staff were very friendly however my gel manicure was very untidy and rough. My nails are still rough not all of the remaining gel was properly removed and the polish was very messy on the edges. I understand it’s a introductory offer however I still expect a decent standard of gel
