Amie was very accommodating and put me at ease as I haven’t had a full head coloured in years I had just been touching up my roots .
She explained everything in detail so I understood why my old regime no longer worked and moving forward what needed to be done in order for me to get the result I wanted .

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment. I felt disappointed with the response I got from Abby when she told me I would have to pay the full amount. Her attitude was bad. Pleased with my hair!!
