From the moment I booked my appointment to the moment I left, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. The staff were so kind and welcoming—nothing was too much trouble for them.
It was such a lovely experience from start to finish. I enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate with biscuits while waiting for my colour to develop, and the relaxing head massage during the wash was just perfect.
A huge thank you to Michelle and the team—I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next appointment!

The salon is very tidy, clean, well laid out and decorated without being over the top. All staff are smart, friendly and very attentive, showing good knowledge and skill.
Prices are very reasonable and on par with others.
Overall I would highly recommend Aspire in Cannerby Lane, Sprowston.
