I took my two young daughters. My youngest needed her fringe trimmed, and came home with her fringe untouched, and my eldest was desperate for a fringe and persuaded not to get one. We were in there for 2.5hrs, which isn’t great with two young children. I didn’t particularly find their points of view very professional after a prospective client left. The lovely trainee got on well with my girls, but I think it was a poor decision to practise on children as she took so long. No fault of hers.

I went for my usual cut and blow dry and saw another lady who had colour in her hair and admired it. I was told it was coloured conditioner that washes out in 2 to 3 washes and why didn’t I try it so I did and loved it. Will try another colour next time.
