There is a very friendly atmosphere in the salon with interaction between stylists and customers which makes people feel very welcome. The stylists are professional, skilled and caring when catering for their customers' needs and consult us in what we expect. I have never been disappointed following an appointment but I have confidence that if I was it to happen it would be promptly sorted out.

Michelle and staff are always super friendly and welcoming. My hair came out darker than we expected, they were more than happy to have me in again (free of charge) to re do a selection.
