From the minute you arrive Joanne makes you feel welcome. I had a much needed haircut following lockdown, and the salon felt safe and hygienic and after an amazing cut by Joanne (who wasn't phased when I changed my mind about the style I wanted half way through the cut!) I feel like myself again! As a stylist, Joanne listens to what you want and executes it perfectly whilst making sure the style suits your face. Brilliant experience with a fantastic hairdresser.
