I have been wanting a balyage for the last 2 years. My previous hairdresser said it was impossible, however Joanne took the time to go through my previous hair history and went through a plan to ensure I could have the desired look I wanted. Joanne was professional and friendly and took her time to explain the process and the result is amazing hair!
