I came in requesting a light caramel balayage with a subtle root blend. What I got instead was a full reverse balayage that completely darkened my hair — the opposite of what I asked for. I was told the colour would be slightly darker, not that the majority of my blonde would be covered with black dye. The communication was misleading, and I left incredibly upset with £100 wasted. No refund or fix was offered despite raising my concerns. The stylist was lovely but I do not recommend this place.
