The ambience and customer service was amazing. I was made very comfortable despite it being my first time there. I had the pleasure of having my balayage done by Sophie and she worked very quickly and it came out quite nicely. It’s a bit lighter than i’d expected but i do know that it will darken over time. Honestly great, would recommend to anyone getting a balayage or any hair treatments in general.
