I have been going to Sophie for years now and she is just the best! Not only is she super friendly but she always knows exactly what I want and my hair is always perfect! She’s the best! And Aspire is a beautiful salon with great facilities and so many friendly staff!

I felt she was not very friendly and gave her opinion more than she actually listened to what we wanted. We were happy with the cut, but we asked for more layering and asked for the fringe to go a bit shorter but she said it looked fine and would bounce up shorter. It is longer than we would have liked. We hope a future visit will be more accommodating to our needs and a pleasurable experience.
