I went in for a colour and blow dry. I showed a what colour I wanted. I came out with orange/brassy hair. It was not blended in. I could have done a better job by myself at home. I had to
Go home and dye it again to a more decent colour. I then toned it with blue shampoo. Charlotte had toned it with a purple toner which did nothing. Overall i paid £65 to have my hair ruined. I will definitely not recommend or go back.

Emily was absolutely amazing and so helpful! When I went in for my patch test we chatted and actually decided on a slightly different colour treatment as I several different tones I wanted to remove so she suggested this and it was definitely the right move. My hair looks so lovely (and you would never know that I botched it with box dye before, oops) and still feels healthy after the bleach. She was so lovely and on top of my gorgeous new hair, it was also really enjoyable! Would 100 recommend!
