I had decided to cut my own hair and made a real mess of it! Becca was lovely, made me feel much less stupid, and did a really great job of fixing my hair so you couldn’t tell!

I'd had a really bad experience last time I had my hair cut but Ellie made sure I didn't feel worried for even a moment, helped to reassure me and always keep me informed on exactly how much she was going to cut etc. Also she is just a lovely person :)
