Very dissapointed. When you go in nobody acknowledge you are there, you wait 1/2 hour post your appointment time. The "styling" pasrt is just basic haircut, you look pretty much the same as you came in, not even an effort to "style" using any haircut products, where do all the 4.9/5 rating comes from I have no idea. Never again!
