I went for a consultation. The hairdresser told me she’d ring me in a few days to get me an appointment. I had no response. I contacted the salon, who passed me onto someone else who also went radio silent. Ended up getting my haircut else where.
Not my first time visiting Aspire, had been before for cut and conditioning treatment and was happy with the results. That's why after much research, I've decided to have a Keratin treatment. My expectations were very realistic as I had researched and Aimee was friendly, offering me a drink a couple of times, which was nice. The treatment, though, was a complete waste of time and money as still as frizzy as before, even though I'm following the advice regarding maintenance. Very disappointed.
