My usual hairdresser was off and hence I as called by the saloon asking if Gemma could do my hair. I was assured she would do a good job. The attention to detail is lacking; hair was washed by a trainee, hair straightened only on the top, not every layer and most importantly despite not asking for a shape in the front, she proceeded to shape the hair, taking too much from the front on one side only and spoiling my hair. Extremely disappointed and I have no go, but only wait for my hair to grow.
