I always come here, as my experience is unfailingly brilliant each time. This time,
I arrived a little frazzled to my appointment, due to traffic making me late. But Charlotte waited for me, calmed me right down, made me a drink and just did a really good job. Even though it was late, she didn't rush me, & went the extra mile, putting in some extra touches to make the haircut even better. She was really friendly & easy to talk to. She even recommended me a driving instructor! Thank you Charlotte
