Location of venue is not in Wembley Park as stated. Small location opposite a car garage which caused noise disruption during the treatment. Did not enjoy the experience of the hydrating facial - pulling of the skin without keeping the skin taut was not pleasant and the facial seemed rushed. Therapist was also chewing loudly during the appointment and attempting to make phone calls during the LED component. This was distracting given there was no music to filter this out. Would not recommend

It was my first facial ever and I couldnt choose a better person than Shilpa. She explained every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable. Her personality and energy made overall experience even better. Will happily return to her again

Good advanced hydrafacial treatment. Face looked immediately smoother and more even. For reasonable price, Shilpa added on a neck treatment. She sets realistic expectations, but I do think my neck looked better even after only one radiofrequency treatment! I'll definitely be back for more treatments.
