I've been going to Kobkun for years - the massages are firm which is how I like it and I feel the effects for many weeks afterwards. My headaches are gone and last time I had a particularly stiff shoulder which was fixed (even if a little sore the immediate day after the lasting effects are great!).

Welcomed with a lovely cup of green tea. Very nice friendly staff in a nice warm candle lit ambience with soothing music. Therapist focused on the areas i requested very well.
