It was a good massage but the reason I am not giving 5 stars is that at the start I ask for a focus on my neck and over 90 minutes they spent only maybe 3 minutes on stretching my neck (more on the neck overall but only a couple of stretches).

Massage was amazing, really helped to relieve tension headaches I’d been having for weeks. I was 5 mins late for my appointment but had to wait another 20 mins for another room to become available as they had given mine away, which meant I had to have a shorter massage as I had another engagement after.
