The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Hand sanitiser on arrival, masks etc. The massage was a-ma-zing. Felt the best I've felt in months. The massage therapist only checked in now and again (just the right amount) to make sure I was OK with the massage so I could practically have napped off. Such a treat.
