I came in with a neck problem I'd been suffering with for 6 days and could barely move my head. Left with it almost completely cured in terms of mobility and pain, just a bit sore from the massage itself as it was firm but absolutely what I needed. I asked for firm pressure and it definitely was the firmest pressure I've ever had so be cautious about how firm you want it if you're not 100% sure you like it actually firm.
