Great service from Sareh. She was lovely. Preferred the foot massage to all treatments and the back and neck massage was amazing!

Lady who did my nails was very nice. I just wasn’t happy with my nails, they weren’t finished to perfection as should be. Nail polish was over my cuticles on most nails and edges were jagged. Not sure how to actually describe what was actually wrong but they just were not to standard I expect for paid service.

Extremely dirty venue incl. equipment floor and walls. Booking not registered / checked when booked 4 hours earlier. Gel manicure was ok - all other customers were having eyebrow threading. Management not professional but cleanliness is the huge issue. I wouldn’t go back.
