I didn’t get a couple of minutes to undress in private, this wasn’t a massive issue for me as I’m not fussed but I know others might find it uncomfortable. The wax was a bit hot but I told Dana a few times and then she started blowing on it before applying. Not amazing service but I would go back as not painful at all and quite pleased with the result
