Really professional and caring staff. Got my ears pierced again for the first time in 20 years so i was nervous but they made me feel really comfortable and at ease.

There was a lot of hair left which I realised When I got home. Also when you do a wax you’re supposed to hold the skin down immediately after waxing to stop it from hurting. This wasn’t done at all and was more painful than it should have been.
