Usually have no issues at all and in fact this is the best wax I've had. This time, they were not aware of my appointment, they applied lycon wax without telling me (I'm allergic to it) when i had paid for hot wax, and then the whole experience was a bit off. Wax removed too early or too late, pulled in a weird way ... Hopefully a one off!
