The young lady that gave me a massage was polite and friendly. I respect that. However, what I received was not a deep tissue massage. It was a Swedish massage. My knotty points were not tackled with the pressure I wanted and needed despite having asked several times. The young lady tried her best but I don't think she was trained for this. I did not have Gaya if Gaya is the one in this picture so I feel bad for rating her 1 star but that's how it felt to me.

Made a last minute booking as my appointment elsewhere was cancelled last minute. Booked 20 minutes before the appointment when I arrived duaa was leaving for the day. She was so nice about the situation and did my wax quickly and efficiently. Most painless wax I've ever had. (if such exists) Really nice lady and will be using her for my wax going forward.
