The worst haircut I have ever had. I asked to keep the length, wanted some layers. They left me hardly any hair, layers are appalling and blocky like they’ve been cut with no technique at all. I expressed how upset I was with this, close to tears and they offered me a £10 voucher??? I want a refund

The young lady that gave me a massage was polite and friendly. I respect that. However, what I received was not a deep tissue massage. It was a Swedish massage. My knotty points were not tackled with the pressure I wanted and needed despite having asked several times. The young lady tried her best but I don't think she was trained for this. I did not have Gaya if Gaya is the one in this picture so I feel bad for rating her 1 star but that's how it felt to me.
