Quick, she was friendly and talked throughout which was nice, and she tried to make it as pain-free as possible. Few stray hairs left but fairly clean when done

I have been here before and another lady did my lash lift and it was great. On my lash visit however it was someone different and she did a terrible job. My lashes were lifted in some places and not in others and going off in all different directions. She also left lots of glue from the pads and excess tint all over my eyes. I complained and was eventually given a refund but only for the lift and not the tint. So ended up paying £10 down a total waste of my time and an end result that looked awful at a wedding I had a few days after. Apparently the manager only felt to refund for the lift. I won't ever be going back.
