I went to get perm. It was my first time. Shadna explained everything to me the process. Felt very comftable there. Was very friendly. Did a great job of my hair really happy with it. Friends ,family and even people i dont know remark how my hair look nice. Would definitely come back and reccommend people to go here.

Staff seemed indifferent and keen to leave. Little care was taken with washing to the extent that I had to travel home with wet clothes. Brushing was painful (to the extent of tears) and cut was not as requested (parting, length or style).
