Anjum was incredible, 10/10 customer service before we even started. I hadn’t had this service done for a very long time but she was very reassuring. I was super surprised at how little pain I felt? Her technique is so so good she did amazing.

The whole experience was very unprofessional. They gave me a Swedish massage and definitely not a deep tissue massage. The lady took a phone call during and I was given no privacy to change. Horrible experience

She didn't ask about any skin issues I was having, problem areas or even any allergies.
Ive no idea what was put on my skin, just told to lay down. I was not told why or what was being used and the benefits etc.
For the most part this facial concicisted of a face massage. A too hot steamer, minimal extraction, i was told i didnt have blackheads. The woman answered her phone whilst giving the facial. Also left with face mask in room with no music and women chatting outside for 10mins. NOT RELAXING
