Absolutely horrific!! AVOID this place if you can!! She waxed me a million times over the same place on my arm with the same wax strip and left me bright red and now scarred and then said “it’s because the wax that’s why you’re red” the Second Lady burnt my skin with hot wax and has left my skin dark, Still haven’t come back to me about the refund.
