My appointment was booked last minute. It was scheduled for 5 pm but I got a message to be there for 5.05pm. On my arrival the door was locked, but since the lights were on, I decided to wait. I was let in but the therapy room was not ready. I was let in to the room minutes after 5.20pm and the therapist did not apologise for the delay. When the session finished I felt it was quite quick so I checked my watch. It was 6.05pm. My hour massage was shorten by 15 minutes. It was my first visit and I will not go back, hence just one star.
