It was an ok service but I personally wouldn't book it again. Unfortunately, the place didn't have a nice feel about it - the massage room had some sticking out wires from the wall, there were a lot of things laying around in the lobby. I would personally expect slightly pleasant atmosphere for the relaxation massage place and a lot tidier. Communication with the service provider wasn't the quickest which was a bit frustrating.

Ashanti was great, very personable. The head massage was really good, very relaxing. The Thai foot massage was mostly ok, there were points where the device used in the massage slipped because of the oil and hurt. I thought the cost of the head massage was justified but the cost of the leg massage was a bit high for the service provided. Overall very good and calming and definitely something I’ll go back to; but probably won’t opt for the foot massage.

Very good treatment. Melia removal went very well and didnt have marks the next day. Would highly recommend. The room was clean, all products sterile.
