The venue was opened early 2019 and everything feels new and modern. The treatment rooms are a good size and comfortable. Ashanti used a very nice mix of oils for the treatment. The massage was very relaxing and helped greatly to get rid of tension in my back and shoulders. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Don’t try it. Poor time management and wasted clients’ time.
Booked for 6pm, turned up on time. But apparently the therapist was still busy doing another client’s nails( most likely ad-hoc without appointment. )
Waited for 20 minutes. No explanation no apologies. Massage was generally ok- average to be fair, but finished within 45 minutes rather than 60 minutes. Again no explanation no apology.
It’s understandable if it’s running late, but should have let client know in advance rather keep them waiting there for 20 minutes ! People’s time is precious... I definitely have something better to do than watching people having their nails done.
