This is as far from a treatment room as you can get. There was not a proper seat for a manicure and I was sat on a low seat with a pillow on my lap. I had booked in for a manicure and my nails were not soaked and the tools used did not appear to be sterilised. The cuticle work was average and the therapist did not apply any hand cream or cuticle oil. I would not go here again or pay £20 for a manicure here as it was well below any salon service I would expect to receive.
