Went for an eyebrow wax and shape. I ended up starting my treatment over 20 minutes late, with no genuine apology for the delay. The technician sped through my treatment to get to the next customer. The eyebrow wax was basic, no aftercare or pencil, but shape was satisfactory. Customer service was below average - felt unfriendly and rushed.
