Awful experience with Ascend. No one turned up for my appointment making it a wasted journey, they then said they would refund the money which still has not been refunded after asking twice. If I could give less than one star I would.

A warm welcome and comfortable environment! Really pleased with the finishes to the treatments and the technician was lovely - genuinely cares about getting it right! Highly recommend
Had a lovely experience. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Had a lovely facial and finished off with a hair cut, feel like a new woman
I had a few hours to kill while in the area for car repairs and thought I would treat myself to a hair cut. My hair was very damaged due to lockdown boredom but Ria made it come back to life. She was very welcoming (as were the other ladies in the salon) and very knowledgeable! Gutted I don't live closer as I would definitely be a regular.
