I'm addicted Amazing treatments with Results finally ..my skin feels like Quality & substance spring back ...each time I'm feeling & looking rejuvenated...I'm complimented by many...Excellent service Polite couteous staff I have say treatments throughly explained ..& bespoke ..no doubt 5 Star ..highly recommend..Thanku 💕
Very easy to find as it is inside the Royal Garden Hotel & just a 5 minute walk from High Street Kensington tube made it very convenient. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me a drink whilst I waited (I was a little early!). The room was very clean & nice ambience, the aromas were not too strong which I've had in the past. The massage I received was fantastic & I would definitely recommend Irina to others - I have already book in for follow-up treatments!
I was a guest at the Royal Garden Hotel and it was the absolute worst spa experience I have ever had in my life. I waited in the lobby for more than half an hour, they overcharged me, and the lady did not know what she was doing during the skin tightening treatment. A complete waste of money, don't make the same mistake I did.
Avoid!!! They are only looking for your money and will book procedures you wont even need and overcharge you! During my visit I was charged for 1 hour facials even though I got only 30 min (without even a scrub during my facials), also I did not need facials at all and did not ask for that! I was told that they had a promotion that day and I will have proper care with intraceuticals with discount for 25 pounds. I was promised my beautician that she will take a proper care for an hour even though I will pay for 30 min. But on a counter they changed it and made me pay for a facials that I did not even ask for and it wasn't provided on a proper level. So do not waste your time and money visiting this salon! The facials is poor, the staff lying to your face and you left without proper care and money out of your pocket.
