The treatment itself was fine however turning up at the booked time and being made to wait 10mins while the therapist was on a personal call did not leave a good impression.

I have very sensitive eyes that watered a lot during my treatment but the ladies were really helpful. I was a bit nervous as it was my first lash lift but I felt very comfortable
