Came in for a top up laser after having many sessions previously at a different salon. I was a little disappointed that the therapist picked the weakest setting even though I had asked for the mid or high one - conscious I won’t see results as expected though polite lady.

Harshida was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel really comfortable from the start of the appointment. She is very knowledgeable and shared lots of helpful information during the treatment.
