I showed the hairdresser a picture of what i wanted done to my hair-i was told my hair was in bad condition which it wasn't.The hairdresser (!)didn't fill me with any confidence that she knew what she was doing- i have never had a haircut like this where I was told not to move or it will look messy! I ended up saying it will do,as I really just wanted to leave- i nearly left in tears at one point- would not recommend and would not return as she doesnt know how to cut hair properly.
