Happy with the cut but the experience felt rushed and for the price expected more. They were running 15 minutes late which was fine but my hair consultation was a 2 min chat on the side rather than feeling like an actualt consultation. Hair wash took only a couple of minutes like they were in a rush. They asked if I was happy with products which I was but they didn't really use any so my hair felt quite dry. No heat protector was used before or during styling, then was offered hairspray after
