Asked for hot wax but she did strip even when I mentioned I didn’t want that because of thin hair. Had to fix it after.

The lady who did the lash lift was friendly and we carried out a patch test a few days before so we knew there wouldn’t be any issues. I was comfortable throughout but it would’ve been helpful if she’d explained what the various steps were as she was doing them and as such I’m not sure if she carried out the tint. Overall it was a fine experience
