Sadly the stylist I was hoping for had left and the new stylist was lovely but her technical skills were bad and she didn’t even put any product on the hair.

Colour was good, cut slightly rushed but fine. I booked for a certain stylist and when I got to the salon I had a different stylist. This has happened before at this salon. The stylist I did have was good but it’s quite annoying when you specially choose a certain person but don’t get them
